6-Day Jammu, Kashmir Valley & Amritsar Trip

Day 1: Arrival in Jammu – Transfer to Srinagar

Upon arrival in Jammu, you will be greeted and transferred to Srinagar. En route, enjoy mesmerizing views of the Kashmir Valley. After reaching Srinagar, check in to your houseboat or hotel and relax. In the evening, take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake, visit Mughal Gardens (Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh), and explore the local markets. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar to Gulmarg Excursion

After breakfast, head towards Gulmarg, known for its stunning landscapes and the famous Gulmarg Gondola ride. Enjoy activities like skiing (seasonal), horse riding, and visiting the Maharani Temple and Strawberry Valley. Spend a peaceful evening amidst the scenic beauty before returning to Srinagar for an overnight stay.

Day 3: Srinagar to Pahalgam

Post breakfast, proceed to Pahalgam, the "Valley of Shepherds." Enjoy the scenic drive along the Lidder River and visit Betaab Valley, Aru Valley, and Chandanwari (optional). Pahalgam is a paradise for nature lovers and adventure seekers. Spend the evening exploring the surroundings before returning to the hotel. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.

Day 4: Pahalgam to Srinagar – Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, return to Srinagar and continue exploring the city's rich heritage. Visit Shankaracharya Temple, Hazratbal Shrine, and the beautiful Pari Mahal. Enjoy an evening at leisure, shopping for Kashmiri handicrafts and souvenirs. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 5: Srinagar to Amritsar (By Flight/Road)

After breakfast, check out and proceed to Amritsar. On arrival, visit the sacred Golden Temple, the spiritual center of Sikhism. Later, witness the patriotic Wagah Border Ceremony, where the Indo-Pak retreat ceremony is a must-watch. Stroll through the vibrant markets of Amritsar in the evening. Overnight stay in Amritsar.

Day 6: Amritsar Sightseeing – Departure

On the final day, visit Jallianwala Bagh, a historical site that holds great significance. Explore the lively streets and savor delicious Punjabi cuisine before heading to the airport or railway station for your departure.
